1. Return Eligibility
Returns and refunds are allowed under the following conditions:
- Incorrect product delivered
- Product damaged during transit
- Manufacturing defect
- Since our products are handcrafted
- brass artifacts, minor variations in color, finish, weight, or texture are natural and shall not be considered defects.
2. Mandatory Requirement (Very Important)
To raise a return or refund request:
- A complete uncut unboxing video is mandatory.
- The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package
- Shipping label
- Product condition upon opening
- Complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
- Without an unboxing video, claims will not be accepted.
3. Return Process
- Customer raises request within 24 hours.
- Our team reviews the video and details.
- If approved, pickup will be arranged (if applicable).
- After receiving and inspecting the product, refund or replacement will be initiated
4. Refund Timeline
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
5. Replacement Option
Customers may opt for replacement instead of refund.
Replacement will be dispatched within 7 working days after approval.
6. Modifications
Mayabrass may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
